Site Manager – Taunton

Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Site Manager near Taunton. Our client, a regional contractor with specialist, end-to-end residential and commercial expertise, are looking to bring a new lead for their upcoming project.

On offer is the opportunity for a Site Manager to join on a new, commercial refurbishment/fitout extension to a live leisure and hospitality facility for one of the leading, regional contractors in the UK.

The ideal candidate will already be confident delivering commercial projects upwards of £10million. whilst leading the team, ensuring a high standard of work. We are looking for a candidate that will thrive when overseeing the management of the construction site on a day-to-day basis, deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project and maintain regular communication with clients and their representatives.

The role:

* Coordinating project from start to finish
* Managing site operations
* Ensuring project is delivered safely and on time

The person:

* SMSTS
* CSCS card and First Aid
* Previous experience in leading commercial projects
