Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Site Manager near Bristol. Our client, a family owned, regional contractor, is looking to bring in a new lead for their upcoming projects across the housing sector, around the M4/M5 corridor.
On offer is the opportunity for a Site Manager to join a prestigious construction company with an annual turnover of over £80 million. Their residential services include affordable housing, care facilities, land-led development, and residential homes.
The ideal candidate will already be confident delivery projects across the housing sector, whilst leading a team and ensuring a high standard of work. We are looking for a candidate that will thrive when overseeing the management of the construction site on a day-to-day basis and deal with any unexpected problem that may occur during the projects.
The role:
* Coordinating project from start to finish
* Managing site operations
* Ensuring project is delivered safely and on time
The person:
* SMSTS
* CSCS card and First Aid
* Previous experience leading projects in housing sector
