Site Manager
Salary: £50000.00 - £55000.00 per annum
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager? Do you want to deliver exceptional construction projects?
Our client, a Tier 2 contractor, is looking for a Site Manager to join the team on their portfolio of projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, residential, retail and leisure.
The ideal candidate will already have experience leading projects valued up to £12 million and be able to demonstrate their quality and coordination of previous projects.
The role:
* Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, and onsite personnel to ensure efficient and effective project execution
* Monitor and enforce compliance with healthy and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
The person:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
