Key Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
CSCS card
SSSTS or SMSTS
NVQ level 3 or above
Preferred Qualifications:
First aid certification
Experience:
Proficiency in external facade systems, window installation, SFS systems, internal drylining, and fit-out projects
Ability to manage health and safety on site effectively
Familiarity with document control systems such as Asite, Aconex, snagR, and fieldview
Strong leadership skills in managing tradesmen and client liaison
