Options Resourcing have teamed up with a leading facades contractor based in West Yorkshire, we are searching for a Site Manager to oversee projects throughout the entire construction phase by managing from the site office. The Site Manager is a front-line representative of this esteemed contractor and as such needs to hold a professional manner at all times

Company Overview:

We have partnered with a leading Principal and Specialist Contractor delivering design, supply, and installation of rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and glazed facades. They are committed to providing client-focused solutions for total facade solutions, including new build and refurbishment integrated facades in multiple sectors. Operating nationally from our Head Office just outside of Leeds, West Yorkshire, they prioritize quality, health, safety, and sustainability in all our projects.

Responsibilities:

– Implement and control the Health and Safety Management System on site

– Compile and implement quality plans for projects

– Plan and resource projects within tender allowance

– Manage subcontract programs and contract programs

– Produce weekly progress reports

– Ensure commercial success of projects

– Monitor subcontract workers and subcontractors

– Set targets and goals for team members

– Contribute to the implementation of the Business Management System

– Carry out roles safely, accurately, and efficiently

– Fulfill any reasonable requests from line manager

Requirements:

– Rainscreen facade management experience

– Experience managing subcontract facade packages up to £5M

– Competent management of subcontract labor

– Proficient in Field View system or similar

– Hold SMSTS & CSCS Black card

– First aid trained (preferred)
