Options Resourcing are working with a contemporary construction firm to find a site manager for 8 months work on the refurbishment and modern extension of a live care-home.
The successful Site Manager will have demonstrable experience of building and refurbishment of live care-homes and should easily be able to commute to site.

As Site Manager you will be autonomously responsible for:
The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
Communicating with the client on site to ensure they are aware of planned works.
Being sensitive to client on site requirements.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards.
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
