Options Resourcing are working with a leading national homebuilder to recruit a Site Manager for cover work on a traditional housing development in North Somerset and the Bristol area. Looking for a site manager with demonstrable previous residential experience with timber frame and first fix interiors as this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing regional office gaining exposure with a busy developer.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
Maintaining the program of works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
RAMS and Permit issuing
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
CSCS Card
SMSTS
1st Aid Qualification
