Site Manager
Salary: Up to £260.00 per day
Options Resourcing are working with a privately-owned construction group that delivers a variety of residential construction and refurbishments, to recruit a Site Manager for a 2-week residential housing development with immediate start. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrable experience managing residential projects directly for the principal contactor.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of sub-contractors.
- Assistance with maintaining the program of works.
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards.
- RAMS and Permit issuing.
- Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid Qualification
- CSCS Card
Rate:
£260 per day CIS or Limited company
