Salary: £270.00 - £280.00 per day
Options Resourcing are working with a leading national homebuilder to recruit a Site Manager for cover work on a housing development in Nether Stowey. Looking for a site manager with demonstrable previous residential experience.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
Maintaining the program of works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
RAMS and Permit issuing
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
CSCS Card
SMSTS
1st Aid Qualification
Rate is: £270.00-280.00 CIS or Ltd. company
