Site Manager
Salary: £270.00 - £300.00 per day
We at Options Resourcing are working with a specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor to find an experienced Site Manager for the Cat-B fit-out in Cardiff lasting 22 weeks and scheduled for handover in early 2026
If you have demonstrable experience managing subcontractors on office fitout projects with tier 1 contractors and are IT literate, then you would be an ideal candidate.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing subcontractors on site.
Health & Safety.
Weekly Progress reports and Look-forward plans.
Issuing permits to subcontractors.
Qualifications:
SMSTS
1st Aid
CSCS Card
Rate:
£270 – £300 per day (CIS/Ltd Company)
