Site Manager
Salary: £270.00 - £290.00 per hour
Are you an experienced Site manager with background in residential, modular construction or experience in both? Options Resourcing are working with a one of the UKs leading modular specialists to recruit a Site Manager to join their team for on-going works to start mid-September for 6-12 months on sites across Bristol.
You would be an ideal candidate for this role if you have demonstrable on-site management skills with residential and modular building, also being IT literate and having your own laptop and phone is highly desirable.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
The day-to-day management of subcontractors.
Maintaining the program of works.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards.
RAMS and Permit issuing.
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Qualifications Required:
SMSTS
1st Aid Qualification
CSCS Card
Rate: £270-290 per day outside IR35.
