Options Resourcing are specialist Office and Industrial fit out contractor, to recruit a Site Manager for a 9-week CAT-B fit-out to start on the 11^th of September in North Somerset.

The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrable experience managing CAT-B fit out and internals projects directly for the principal contactor. You will be responsible for all site operations and report to the visiting Project Manager.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day management of sub-contractors.
• Assistance with maintaining the program of works.
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards.
• RAMS and Permit issuing.
• Maintaining site records and progress reports.

Required:

• SMSTS

• 1^st Aid Qualification
• CSCS Card

Desirable:

• IPAF
• PASMA
• Asbestos awareness
• Temporary works supervisor
• Fire marshal

A rate of £260 – 280 per day outside of IR35
