The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of projects spanning:
Education
High-rise residential
Commercial developments
Leisure facilities
Healthcare
Defence
Project values range up to £100 million, offering you exposure to technically challenging and rewarding builds.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and resources effectively
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and senior management
Drive programme performance and resolve on-site challenges proactively
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
Strong track record delivering medium to large-scale construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and site processes
Relevant industry qualifications and certifications (essential)
