Are you a driven Site Manager with experience in refurbishment and external works? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of secured projects across South Wales and the South West.
With a reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment and remediation schemes, this organisation is continuing to grow and is looking for a capable Site Manager to play a key role on a major high-rise project.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of a high-rise refurbishment project in Cardiff, involving:
Window replacement
Cladding works
External repairs and remediation
The role is based in Newport, with travel required between Cardiff and Bristol, offering exposure to a range of projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities
Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance with current regulations
Monitor progress and report to senior management
Resolve on-site issues proactively and effectively
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or external works
Knowledge of high-rise projects, including cladding and envelope works
Strong understanding of current building regulations and health & safety standards
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Relevant industry qualifications and certifications (essential)
