With its head quarters in the South West and with a reputation for delivering high specification Cat A and Cat B fit outs across the country my client is seeking to recruit experienced Site Managers to work on projects nationwide on a freelance basis. Project values can range form £200k to over £2m and may require a hands on approach.
The ideal Site Manager will have SMSTS, a valid 1st Aid Qualification, CSCS card, experience on Refurbishment/Fit Out projects and the ability to work o porjects across the country.
Site Management for this company is found to be Outside Ir35. Day rate is dependant on experience and location.
The next projects to kick off are located in Bristol, London and Birmingham.
