Due to winning £15m worth of work in the region my client a well known and respected Construction and Refurbishment company is looking to appoint a Site Manager.
The projects range for £5m extensions of Listed buildings, new build, refurbishment of schools, high quality projects!
Are you experienced in the above? Do you want to work for a growing reputable construction business away from the PLC / Tier 1 world?
If so then this opportunity may be for you, all projects are local and there is consistent work in the area for the next 5 years minimum.
