Site Manager Needed in South Molton
A regional respected contractor is looking to hire an experienced residential Site manager to start on a temp to perm contract.
The project is a 25-house traditional build. Due to the size of the job, there is a nice chunk of work that needs to be completed, 11/25 of the units are about to get the roof put.
The company are looking to take on someone initially on a freelance basis however, there is a lot of potential for this position to become permanent.
Duties of the job
Manging everyone working on the site
20/80 split between office and site
Reporting to the Project Manager
Must have
CSCS
SMSTS
1st AID
Experience being the Site Manager on similar projects
