Site Manager needed in Huntingdon ASAP START
A regionally respected contractor is looking to hire a site manager to work on a £2m budget laboratory fit out. The project is set to start mid-May for 16 weeks. This role is entirely on a freelance basis.
As a site manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project on site, this means you will be reporting to a project manager and carrying out inductions, managing sub-contractors, and helping on site when required.
As you will be managing people, you must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
This opportunity is outside IR.35 and comes with on-site parking
Duties of the job
Managing people working on site
Ensuring your jobs are completed to the highest possible standard
1 month minimum on site
Must have
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Organisational and people managing skills
Previous experience on industrial fitouts
Previous experience as a Site Manager ideally on industrial fitouts
