Options Resourcing have teamed up with a highly reputable facades company in Essex, they are seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee projects in the exciting realm of aluminium doors and windows, curtain walling, and facades.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise on-site activities to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
– Manage and coordinate glazing installations, including aluminium doors and windows.
– Oversee curtain walling projects from inception to completion.
– Ensure efficient and timely project delivery within specified budgets.
– Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
– Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in facades and glazing projects.
– Expertise in aluminium doors and windows, curtain walling, and facades.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
– Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
– Relevant qualification in construction, glazing, or related field.
– Previous hands-on experience with glazing installations is essential.
