Are you an experienced surveying professional seeking a challenging role?

Options Resourcing are teaming up with a leading specialist in passive and active fire protection solutions. Offering a comprehensive range of fire-rated products such as: glass doors, windows curtainwall, facades and more. They are expanding their team and looking for a dynamic Surveying Project Manager with expertise in curtain walling and glazing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee surveying activities for fire-rated projects involving Aluprof and Schueco Fire Rated Aluminium Windows, Doors, Internal Glass Partitions, Curtain Walling, and Balustrades.

– Manage projects from design to completion, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and specifications.

– Collaborate with residential and commercial sprinkler system designs, aligning with Approved Document B standards.

– Coordinate with various system houses (Aluprof, Schueco, Senior Architectural Systems) on a project-by-project basis.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in surveying, specifically in curtain walling and glazing.

– Familiarity with fire-rated systems, including EI 15, EI 30, EI45, EI 60, EI 90, and EI120 specifications. – Strong knowledge of passive fire protection products and their applications.

– Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

– Relevant experience in fire protection and building regulations.

– Project / Site Manager experience

– Experience managing the installation of curtain walling, aluminium doors and windows
