Our client is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning manufacturer of innovative safety products for the construction industry. They are now recruiting a Technical Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time basis!

- Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide product technical support via telephone and email
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Follow up quotations proactively to drive sales
- Create high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Handle customer queries to build lasting relationships
- Assist users with the clients e-commerce platform
- Help with picking, packing, and shipping products
- Book goods in and handle admin tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident and proactive telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Positive, team-focused attitude
Desirable
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Background in technical or engineering environments
- Previous internal sales experience
- Confident with numbers
