About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of electrical and building services at our Uxbridge site. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of engineers and maintenance staff on-site.

Oversee PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance schedules.

Carry out hands-on electrical maintenance and fault-finding when required.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to ensure excellent service delivery.

Manage permits, documentation, and reporting in line with company procedures.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
About You
-
Electrically qualified ideally, open to Mechanical.

Proven experience in a building services or facilities maintenance environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
