Our client in the Birmingham area is looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Benefits:

– Salary £22,500 to Â£30,000 per annum DOE.
– 10% Commission – Capped at £20,000 per annum.
– Hours of work – Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
– 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
– Office located in Birmingham City Centre

– Fully office based.

Role & Responsibilities:
– Build and grow upon relationships with new and existing clients.
– Be the point of contact with clients throughout the deal process.
– Identify new business opportunities and follow-up on all leads.
– Ensure all processes are followed to minimize operational and credit risks.
– Follow the FCA rules and guidelines throughout the deal process.
– Work towards an annual income target which is broken down into monthly objectives.
– Attend regular sales meetings within your division.

Required Skills & Experience:
– (Desirable) Previous experience in Sales.
– High level of communication with a professional telephone manner.
– Strong organisational skills.
– Enthusiastic and energetic.
– Strong desire to succeed and grow within the role and company.
