We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, sales driven trainee recruitment consultant for our award-winning Haywards Heath Office based in RH16 3TP, most recently awarded from “The Recruiter Magazines, Top 50 – Fastest Growing Privately Owned Recruitment Consultancies in the UK”

You will learn from the best! From the interview to offer stage and beyond, you’ll oversee the recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, talking to our client’s negotiating salaries and presenting qualifies candidates to our clients.
You will receive a basic salary of £24k, which will be reviewed within the first 6 months and an uncapped commission structure, 25 days holiday plus your birthday off! Plus Bank holiday’s off and free on-site parking and the chance to attend company and industry events and visit our clients.

You will work with a fantastic team of talented consultants and high billers in the industry and you’ll be given the opportunity to fully develop into a successful recruitment consultant and be taught how to manage your own desk, developing business and client relationships and be set up to be the NEXT RECRUITMENT SUPERSTAR AT Option Resourcing Limited.
