Warehouse Operative FLT Counterbalance
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based logistics and freight forwarding business for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
This is a hands-on warehouse role within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting import and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
• General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and palletising
• Movement and storage of goods within the warehouse
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
