We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manger to work with a residential developer up In Topsham on a medium scale site. The ideal candidate will have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as well as a demonstrable housing background.
You will be responsible for:
– Reporting to the Site Manager.
– Assisting with the day-to -day workload.
– Managing subcontractors on site.
– Monitoring and ordering materials.
– Health and Safety.
