Site Manager needed in Petersfield, Hampshire.
A regionally respected contractor is looking to hire a site manager to work on a Â£2m budget laboratory fit out. The project is set to start mid-May for 16 weeks. This role is entirely on a freelance basis.
As a site manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project on site, this means you will be reporting to a project manager and carrying out inductions, managing sub contractors, and helping on site when required.
As you will be managing people, you must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
This opportunity is outside IR.35 and comes with on-site parking
Duties of the job
Managing people working on site
20/80 split between in the office and on site
Ensuring your jobs are completed to the highest possible standard
Must have
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Organisational and people managing skills
Previous experience on industrial fitouts
Previous experience as a Site Manager ideally on industrial fitouts
