Options Resourcing have teamed up with a leader with over 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry. We are seeking a Cladding Installer to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee cladding installation projects throughout the South East, ensuring efficient and precise execution.
– Specialize in rainscreen cladding, render, terracotta, PVC cladding and rainwater goods installation.
– Collaborate with project managers, architects, and on-site teams to achieve outstanding results.
– Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cladding installation, with expertise in rainscreen cladding and.
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
– In-depth knowledge of various cladding materials and installation methods.
– Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
