The client is a leading maintenance firm who have a strong presence in the FM sector they are currently looking for a commercial gas engineer to join their team due to growth of the business and expansion of works on site. This position will suit someone who is keen to join a major player in FM who can provide a clear route into management and provide various training to take your career to the next level.
The Role:
*The Commercial Gas Engineer will be tasked with planned service and maintenance tasks as well as reactive breakdowns.
*Our client are based in Cambridge working on a science research facility site.
*It is a MUST that the Commercial Gas Engineer will have a proven background with commercial boilers / commercial heating systems and plant rooms.
*The Commercial Gas Engineer MUST hold Commercial Gas qualifications, with 3+ years’ experience working on commercial heating systems.
*PPM’s & Reactive Maintenance, fault-finding and repairs of commercial boilers and heating systems within site
Qualifications & Experience
*Hold in date commercial and domestic heating/gas qualifications such as CODNCO1 or COCN1, CIGA1 and CORT1.
Package:
*£40,000
*Company Pension Scheme.
*Bundles of OT.
*Excellent opportunities for progression.
