Are you an experienced Contracts Manager seeking a new opportunity to make a significant impact? They are expanding their team and looking for a dedicated professional to lead their projects across South-West England and South Wales.

As a Contracts Manager, you will:
– Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to high standards and deadlines.
– Lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of loyalty, discipline, and hard work.
– Utilize your expertise in construction management to deliver projects within budget and on time.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
– Uphold our commitment to quality, health and safety, and environmental standards. Requirements:
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
– Proven track record in managing successful teams and delivering projects to high standards.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
– In-depth knowledge of construction processes, compliance, and industry best practices.
