Duties
*Carry out Planned and Reactive maintenance across all Fabric services
*Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of site
*Plan oversee and work with all subcontractors during service visits.
*Door maintenance on furniture and closures
*Participate on the oncall rota.
*General Fabric Technician Duties
*Liaise with managers, engineers and clients for outstanding and incoming work.
