We are looking for Maintenance Manager within a Hotel environment based in Manchester M1 with an immediate start.

Description
Immediate start for right candidate.
Good knowledge of Word & Excel etc.
Working 5 days 09.30-17.30 across a 7day Rota.
Covering one weekend / month.
Hotel experience a must.
Good Health & Safety Knowledge.
Overseeing reactive works and maintenance
Contributory Pension
Salary £38 – £40k + Bonus Scheme.
Temporary to Permanent hourly rate £21.00-£22.00/hr
