Options resourcing have teamed up with a fantastic interior fit out and façade specialist in Essex, they are on the hunt to grow their cladding division. Because of this, my client is looking for a Senior Operations Manager / Operations Director
In this full-time, multi-site position, you will oversee the seamless coordination between our team and commercial staff, with a primary focus on achieving company policies and objectives while maintaining efficient operational costs. Your role will extend to client engagement and tender finalization.
As an integral team member, your responsibilities will encompass labour management, productivity enhancement, quality control, and the implementation of safety measures. With your leadership prowess, you will guide, motivate, and inspire our teams to reach new heights.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management and project management.
– Proficiency in project planning.
– Strong leadership skills.
– A track record in financial management and budgeting.
– A CSCS black card (minimum requirement).
– Experience in façades, SFS, window installation, and curtain walling.
– Essential expertise in contracting management and client negotiation.
– Proficiency in construction modelling.
– Previous customer service experience.
