Salary: £290.00 - £330.0 per day
Project Manager needed in Petersfield, Hampshire.
A regionally respected contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager to run a £2m laboratory fit out. The project is set to start early May with 16 weeks on site from mid-May. This role is entirely on a freelance basis.
As a Project Manager, you will be the lead on site responsible for aspects of the project and as such the face of my client on site.
As you will be managing people, you must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
This opportunity is outside IR.35 and comes with on-site parking
Duties of the job
Managing the entirety of the site
Managing everyone working on the site
80/20 split between in the office and on site
Ensuring everything is organised to the highest possible standard
Must have
CSCS, SMSTS, CSCS
Organisational skills
Previous experience on industrial fitouts
Previous experience as a project manager ideally on industrial fitouts
