Salary: £60000.00 - £64000.00 per annum
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager? Do you want to deliver exceptional construction projects?
Our client, a Tier 2 contractor, is looking for a Project Manager to join the team on their portfolio of projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, residential, retail and leisure. With a strong presence in the South West region, they undertake a wide range of projects including minor/major works, refurbishments, and new building projects.
The ideal candidate will already have experience leading projects valued up to £12 million and be able to demonstrate their quality and coordination of previous projects.
The role:
* Oversee and manage the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate strategies
The person:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
