Senior Site Manager
Salary: £45000.00 - £55000.00 per annum
Options Resourcing have teamed up with a highly respectable Facades contractor, they are a leading construction company with over 30 years of combined experience.
They are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage cladding installation projects throughout the South East, including Kent, London, and Essex.
– Ensure efficient execution of rainscreen cladding, SFS, render, brick slips, expanded mesh, terracotta, soffits, architectural metal facades, and rainwater goods installations.
– Collaborate with clients to align project goals with budget constraints without compromising quality.
– Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing cladding installation, with a focus on rainscreen cladding and SFS systems.
– Proven success in managing both residential and commercial projects.
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within budgetary constraints.
– Extensive knowledge of timber cladding, rainscreen cladding, and roofing solutions such as zinc roofing.
