Electrically Biased Building Services Shift Technician to work in a High-Profile Building in London SW7, covering a Shift Pattern across 365 days a year, Days & Nights 07.00-17.30 & 16.00-02.00, with an immediate start.

Essential Experience

Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation.
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E).
Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
This is a temporary position for 2 Months +
Starting on Days 07.00-17.30 Monday to Friday to get used to site then transferring onto Shift Pattern.
Hours of work shift rota Days & Nights covering 365 days a year
Must live inside M25 as Taxi supplied when on Night Shift
Pay Rate £24.00/hr with an immediate start.
