Salary: £240.00 - £260.00 per day
Freelance Site Manager with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required for 10 week refurbishment of live builders Merchant.

You will be responsible for day to day running of all construction on site during the project and liaising with the client as the site will open to customers and deliveries during the project.

Project offers on site parking for the duration of the job
Â
Experience of refurbishments to live sites would be advantageous but not essential.
Â
This position is outside IR35 and payments can also be made on personal UTR.
