Options Resourcing are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager (outside of IR35) for a commercial project in London, valued at £3.5 million. Our client is a leading contractor in design and build of hotels with decades of experience with all leading international hotel chains. They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager on a hotel fit-out starting ASAP, with a predicted finish in August 2023.
The ideal Site Manager will have experience with have at least 10 years Site Management experience, with a strong joinery background and NVQ Level 6/7. Their responsibilities will cover the day to day running of the site including all the construction, co-ordination of the contractors, health and safety, site logistics and liaison with the hotel.
All candidates will have obtained the relevant tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and the successful Site Manager will be supported on the project by the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
