Are you a highly motivated Site Manager? We have an exciting new opportunity based in Bridgwater.

Our client is an experienced fit out and refurbishment contractor.

Your role will include:

– Manage staff for the project.
– Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
– Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project and make higher management aware. In unexpected situations outside of your control, ensure you always liaise with higher management.
– Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project.
– Promote and maintain Health & Safety and Environmental, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.

Requirements:

– Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, professionals and site operatives.
– Planning and organisational skills for monitoring project plans and utilising time and resources effectively.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Awareness of Health and Safety procedures and legislation.
– Clean Driving Licence.
– SMSTS Certificate.
– CSCS Card/HS&E Test.
