Options Resourcing have teamed up with an incredible facade’s contractor based in Gloucester, they are on the search for a Site Manager.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in curtain walling, glazing, and doors and windows installation, coming to the back end of their installation days and wanting to drop the tools to take up a managerial role.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring successful project completion within specified timelines.

Key Duties:
Manage and supervise on-site installation teams.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee curtain walling, glazing, and doors/windows installation processes.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and address any on-site challenges promptly.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation teams.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in curtain walling, glazing, and doors/windows installation.
Transitioning from a successful installation career to site management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience installing various curtain walling and glazing systems
