We are looking for people who have a natural ability to create and develop strong professional relationships to work within our Construction Recruitment team in Bristol.
You will know who you are – confident, intelligent, able to engage with a wide range of people, happy to learn and develop, focused on being a success, and a positive team member.
You could have worked in any industry previously. Some business to business sales experience or telesales would be advantageous.
This role is about you, your skills and your personality – we can teach you how to be a great recruitment consultant. We encourage everyone to be innovative, entrepreneurial and keen to utilise their strong inter-personal skills to satisfy the requirements of both our clients and our candidates.
